Q: If the Thunderbolt card fails to power up, what should I check?

A: Check the power / stand-by cable; make sure it is firmly connected to the power receptacle of the Thunderbolt

Interface card.

Q: How do I know if Roben-3power supply is working?

A: If the Thunderbolt card is properly seated and connected, there should be 4 green LEDs lit on the Interface

card, 3 green LEDs lit on the backplane, and 1 green LINK LED is turned ON as shown below.
